Our story
From Zest Billings to Popover Kitchen Supply
We opened in September 2020 as Zest Billings with a simple idea: cooking does not need to be perfect to be meaningful. Some of the best moments happen around crowded tables and kitchens full of conversation.
As the store evolved into Popover Kitchen Supply, community stayed at the center. Same location, same ownership spirit, same focus on cookware, bakeware, knives, classes, and gifts for home cooks across Billings, central Montana, and northern Wyoming.
